2 (two) Standard 52-card decks including two (2) Jokers per deck
Total Cards per Deck = 54
Total Cards = 108
As the number of Bad Progressive players increase democratically add decks
Keep all cards the same direction and shuffle all decks together.... well.... multiple times.....seriously
Pick a dealer randomly...or not
Dealer deals (like poker) to their left ending with themselves the appropriate amount of cards ... no more, no less... no looking
Once all cards are dealt, place deck face down and flip the top card face up and place next to the deck
The face up card is now your DiscardCard
Upon starting a new round shuffle (see Shuffle) and the player to the left of the last player to deal is the new dealer

The player to the left of the dealer starts the hand
A players turn starts with picking up a card and ends with them discading a card, if they have something to discard (more on that later, it gets confusing and why i am putting this on the internet, maybe i will have a web3 site dedicated to this)
The current player decides if they want to pickup the DiscardCard
If they DO NOT take the top card from the deck, ensuring it remains face down , place on top of the DiscardCard and pass to the player to the left. Then they pick up the next card from the deck and incoporate into their hand
The player to the left must incorporate these passed cards into their hand
If they DO want the DiscardCard they simply incorporate the DiscardCard into their hand
If the player has the RoundGoal they may put it down, no more no less
If the player has already put down the RoundGoal they may expand Runs & Sets
The player may swap wild cards for their literal counterpart but must use them in the same turn
The player may play cards off other players Sets & Runs (be mindful of other players who have already played off Runs)
At the end a players turn they must provide a DiscardCard from their hand
If the DiscardCard is the last card in their hand and it DOES NOT play off any other players Sets or Runs, the round is over all cards that were put down are positive all cards in hand are negative. This player has GoneOut and the round is over
If the DiscardCard is the last card in their hand and it DOES play the player adds it to what they have down and continues with no DiscardCard and an empty hand until their next Pickup phase so you should push them cards
If the DiscardCard plays but is not the last card in their hand the player may discard it (other players can pick and play this card)
This ends your turn
Six (6) card hand: Two (2) Sets
Seven (7) card hand: One (1) Set, One (1) Run
Eight (8) card hand: Two (2) Runs
Nine (9) card hand: Three (3) Sets
Ten (10) card hand: Two (2) Sets, One (1) Run
Eleven (11) car hand: One (1) Consecutive Run of Eight (8) cards, One (1) Set
3-9 = 5pts
10-K = 10 pts
Ace = 15 pts
Deuce = 20pts
Joker = 50pts

Three (3) of a kind or Wilds, Wilds cannot touch ( King of Hearts, King of Spades, Deuce or Joker)
Four(4) consecutive cards of the same suit or Wilds, Wilds cannot touch , cannot loop ( Three of Clubs, Joker, Five of Clubs, Deuce)
Two (2) of any suit
Discards a non playable card resulting in an empty hand and the end of the round
